I grew up on a farm, where work was physical, honest, and meaningful. After years in executive roles, I realized I’d climbed high—but drifted far from myself. So I stepped back. Moved to Costa Rica. Rebuilt slowly. Today, I coach a small number of clients at a time—deeply, strategically, with space to think and feel. Because real reinvention isn’t rushed. It’s relational.
